What to write about
- Corrections. A rule, size or game length that's wrong or out of date. A link to the official source, or the name of your league, helps us check it quickly.
- Bugs. Something in a tool that doesn't work. Tell us the page, your device and browser, and the setup you used: format, number of players, game length and sub interval. That's usually enough for us to reproduce the problem.
- Ideas. A feature you'd like in the planner, a league setting or format we don't support yet, or a guide you wish existed.
- Privacy questions. Anything about how the site handles data. Our privacy policy may already answer it.
We never ask for player data
We will never ask for players' names, birthdates, photos, addresses or parents' contact details, and you don't need to send any to get help. The planner keeps team data on your device, and we'd like to keep it that way.
- When reporting a problem with a plan, describe the setup or use placeholder names like "Player 1".
- Please don't send screenshots that show children's full names.
- If you send a child's details by mistake, tell us and we'll delete the message.
- If anyone claiming to be from SoccerSubstitution.com asks you for player information, it isn't us.
Replies
We read every message. Corrections to rules and sizes get priority, because coaches rely on them on game day. We don't add your address to any mailing list, and we use it only to reply to you. See our terms of use for the rest of the fine print.
